WebVFD is an application system which is directly connected to TRA Tax Administrator Server to enable the tax payer issue fiscal receipts with QR Code in real-time. Through the platforms, taxpayers can register products/services, record sales transactions, print or share fiscal receipt with customer, view different reports depending on the selected package etc.

How To Use WebVFD-POS
The application is available on the POS device on which the tax payer (business person) is able to register products, make sales and print fiscal receipts in real-time.
How To Use WebVFD-Portal
The application is available online on which the tax payer (business person) is able to see individual sales of all store locations, generate fiscal receipts and see multiple reports in real-time. This is in addition of being able to make various transactions and register products.
How To Use WebVFD-Mobile
The application system is available on the mobile application on which the tax payer (business person) can register products, make sales, print fiscal receipts and send fiscal receipts to clients through email or watsapp in real-time.

Should I need to send dairly Z-reports manually to TRA as EFD machines?
No, with WebVFD, Z-reports will be sent automaticall to TRA before end of the day.

Can i integrate WebVFD account with third party applications?
Yes, currently we are developing API that will allow third-part applications’ integration to WebVFD portal.

Can I know the procedures to get a new WebVFD account?
In order to get a new WebVFD account, The following documment must be submitted;
- TIN Certificate
- TIN Owner ID (NIDA, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter’s ID)
- Business License
- UIN Form (well filled and signed by business owner)
- VFD Application letter

How long does it take to get WebVFD account for my business?
It takes between 3 to 5 working days to get your WebVFD account setup.
Pricing
All prices are charged annually and are 18% VAT exclusive. Tsh. 250,000/= integration fee is paid upon registration.
